about camille…

Camille Fung is a writer, editor, and producer from Hong Kong, currently based in Los Angeles. She received her B.F.A. from New York University, majoring in Dramatic Writing and minoring in Computer Science and Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. She has also taken classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade, finishing the Improv track and Sketch 101. She completed the WarnerMedia/HBOMaxAccess Post Coordinator Training Course, a 6-week job training for professionals interested in post production management in high-end scripted programming. She loves comedy, TV (The Mary Tyler Moore Show is one of her favorites!) and theatre, and wants to write for both. She has worked for a wide variety of TV shows and films, and currently working as a Post Production Coordinator at Hulu.

She hopes to continue to work in TV. As a Chinese-American queer woman with dwarfism (oppression bingo card: FULL), she has a desire to champion underrepresented voices in media and entertainment. She wants to work on shows and projects with a social justice bent.

When she’s not writing, she loves attending the same Broadway shows too many times, listening to politics podcasts, and playing with her cat Udon. She also proclaims herself to be Julie Andrews’s #1 Fan, and is a proud Capricorn. She goes to Disneyland a fair amount and is what is probably technically a “Disney adult” but she’s a cool one, and also has a lot of great tips if you ever want to go.
